M2C is entering the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange with a clear vision: to accelerate the technological transformation of facility management and security services across Europe and beyond. The IPO will provide us with the capital to further develop our digital platforms, strengthen our M2C Space innovation hub, and expand into key international markets—particularly the United States and the Middle East.

Our services today combine traditional property management and security expertise with cutting-edge technologies such as autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, smart cameras, and digital workforce management platforms. We are ready to become a technological leader in our industry, and the IPO is a key step on this path.

We are also preparing an employee stock ownership program, allowing our people to directly benefit from the company’s success.

The Group plans to list on the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange in May 2025.
