Najviac zaost\u00e1vala tzv. nov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba, ktor\u00e1 okrem nov\u00fdch stavieb zah\u0155\u0148a aj rekon\u0161trukciu a\u00a0moderniz\u00e1ciu. <em>\u201eNajd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia nov\u00e1 s\u00fakromn\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba bola ovplyvnen\u00e1 sez\u00f3nnos\u0165ou, ke\u010f\u017ee je \u0161tatisticky najviac nov\u00fdch stavieb realizovan\u00fdch v prv\u00fdch jarn\u00fdch mesiacoch,\u201c <\/em>vysvet\u013euje analytik 365. bank Tom\u00e1\u0161 Boh\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrazn\u00fd prepad zaznamenali aj opravy a \u00fadr\u017eba budov. Pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu harmonogramu v\u00fdstavby ciest a dia\u013enic, by mala by\u0165 aktivita najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia v druhej polovici roka,\u201c<\/em> pokra\u010duje Boh\u00e1\u010dek, ktor\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148 dod\u00e1va, \u017ee u\u017e v druhej polovici jesene, by sme mohli vidie\u0165 silnej\u0161ie agreg\u00e1tne \u0161tatistiky a\u00a0to aj napriek vysok\u00fdm cen\u00e1m materi\u00e1lov, \u010di nedostatku pracovnej sily.<\/p>\n<p>Jedinou oblas\u0165ou, ktor\u00e1 oproti minul\u00e9mu roku zaznamenala n\u00e1rast, bola produkcia slovensk\u00fdch stavebn\u00edkov v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. \u201e<em>Pod negat\u00edvny v\u00fdsledok odvetvia sa podp\u00edsali v\u0161etky zlo\u017eky dom\u00e1cej stavebnej produkcie.
