Zmeny maj\u00fa v\u00fdrazn\u00fd dopad na sveteln\u00e9 zdroje, ktor\u00fdch predaj s nov\u00fdmi energetick\u00fdmi \u0161t\u00edtkami sa stal povinn\u00fdm od marca 2023. Cie\u013eom opatren\u00ed je zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1roky budov na vykurovanie a prev\u00e1dzku a dosiahnu\u0165 minim\u00e1lnu energetick\u00fa triedu E pre budovy s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi triedami (F, G) do roku 2030. Energetick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edtok ozna\u010duje energetick\u00fa n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 budovy stupnicou od A (mimoriadne \u00fasporn\u00e1) po G (neefekt\u00edvna).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 pre energetick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky od marca 2023<\/h3>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 a krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pre energetick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky a zaradenie budov do jednotliv\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch tried <strong>vst\u00fapili do platnosti v marci 2023<\/strong>. Nov\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky sa stali z\u00e1kladom pre sveteln\u00e9 zdroje, ktor\u00e9 sa za\u010dali pred\u00e1va\u0165 u\u017e v septembri 2021. V nariaden\u00ed bolo zahrnut\u00e9 pomerne dlh\u00e9 18-mesa\u010dn\u00e9 prechodn\u00e9 obdobie, ktor\u00e9 dalo predajcom mo\u017enos\u0165 dopred\u00e1va\u0165 svoje p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 skladov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby aj so star\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtkom. <strong>Toto prechodn\u00e9 obdobie skon\u010dilo 28. febru\u00e1ra a od 1. marca 2023 sa tak m\u00f4\u017eu pred\u00e1va\u0165 len sveteln\u00e9 zdroje s nov\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtkom alebo sveteln\u00e9 zdroje s prelepovan\u00fdm star\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtkom<\/strong> za nov\u00fd rovnak\u00e9ho rozmeru.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Zmena nie je len kozmetick\u00e1<\/h3>\n<p>Z nariadenia tie\u017e vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee museli by\u0165 poskytnut\u00e9 aj nov\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00e9 listy a ku v\u0161etk\u00fdm sveteln\u00fdm zdrojom musel existova\u0165 z\u00e1znam <strong>v eur\u00f3pskej produktovej datab\u00e1ze EPREL<\/strong>. Internetov\u00ed predajcovia maj\u00fa aj na\u010falej povinnos\u0165 uv\u00e1dza\u0165 nov\u00fa energetick\u00fa triedu v bl\u00edzkosti ceny a podobne ve\u013ek\u00fdm p\u00edsmom. <strong>Nov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 teda stanovuj\u00fa, \u017ee od 1. marca 2023 je povinnos\u0165ou v\u0161etk\u00fdch obchodn\u00edkov uv\u00e1dza\u0165 v\u00fdlu\u010dne nov\u00fd energetick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edtok pre sveteln\u00e9 zdroje<\/strong>, vr\u00e1tane v\u00fdrobkov, ktor\u00e9 sa dopred\u00e1vali ako star\u00e9 skladov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby. T\u00e1to zmena nie je len kozmetick\u00e1 a m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fd dopad na energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 v Eur\u00f3pe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e1 smernica Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu<\/h3>\n<p>Pod\u013ea novej smernice Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu by mali budovy v \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie <strong>dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie energetick\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky vr\u00e1tane bytov\u00fdch domov, pracov\u00edsk, \u0161k\u00f4l a in\u00fdch verejn\u00fdch budov<\/strong>. Najviac energie sa v E\u00da spotreb\u00fava v budov\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa z\u00e1rove\u0148 jedn\u00fdm z podstatn\u00fdch producentov emisi\u00ed. Z\u00e1stupcovia Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu zmenili smernicu o energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e1 sa t\u00fdka aj budov, a <strong>stanovili z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fd cie\u013e pre zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby energi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdstavbe, rekon\u0161trukcii a prev\u00e1dzke budov<\/strong>. Do roku 2030 by mala by\u0165 spotreba energi\u00ed zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 o 11,7 %. Cie\u013eom t\u00fdchto opatren\u00ed je zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1roky budov, najm\u00e4 na vykurovanie a prev\u00e1dzku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Energetick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky a energetick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 budov<\/h3>\n<p>Energetick\u00fa n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 budov ozna\u010duj\u00fa <strong>energetick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky (PENB) stupnicou od A do G<\/strong>, podobne ako u dom\u00e1cich spotrebi\u010dov. <strong>&#8222;A&#8220; ozna\u010duje mimoriadne \u00fasporn\u00fa budovu<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 ro\u010dne nepotrebuje viac ako 50 kWh energie na m2. <strong>Naopak posledn\u00e1 trieda energetickej n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti &#8222;G&#8220; znamen\u00e1, \u017ee stavba je mimoriadne neefekt\u00edvna<\/strong> a za rok spotreb\u00fava viac ako 286 kWh na m2. Pod\u013ea n\u00e1vrhu Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu by mali budovy s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi energetick\u00fdmi triedami (F, G) do roku 2030 dosiahnu\u0165 minim\u00e1lne triedu energetick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti E, ktor\u00e1 je ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 ako neefekt\u00edvna a predstavuje ro\u010dn\u00fa spotrebu energi\u00ed 246 kWh na m2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 energetick\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00edtku<\/h3>\n<p>Energetick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edtok budovy je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd z viacer\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov. Prv\u00fdm je to, \u017ee v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed klasifikova\u0165 energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 va\u0161ej budovy, \u010do je <strong>k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd faktor pre potenci\u00e1lnych kupcov alebo n\u00e1jomcov<\/strong>. Pokia\u013e pred\u00e1vate alebo prenaj\u00edmate nehnute\u013enos\u0165 s najlep\u0161ou energetickou triedou, m\u00f4\u017eete tomuto faktu prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 cenu, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 va\u0161e zisky.
