Our goal is to raise the lower tens of millions of euros, which we will use for further international expansion, development of digital solutions and help us to increase our market share.<br \/>\nIn 33 years, we have transformed from a local security agency into a group with an international presence &#8211; today we are active in 13 European countries and expanding towards the US and the Middle East. Also thanks to our own technology division Innovis, we develop advanced systems for building management, automation and data analytics &#8211; such as the M2C Space, Welcomo and Innolytics platforms.<br \/>\n&#8220;We think we have reached a level where it makes sense to offer investors a stake in the company. By going public, we can accelerate our growth, invest in new solutions, and at the same time remain firmly rooted in what we do best &#8211; providing quality, value-added services.
