Welcomo 2.0 delivers an entirely new visitor experience, automating check-in and simplifying the process for both guests and employees. This second-generation kiosk not only saves time but also enhances security by verifying identity and managing data.<\/p>\n

How Does Welcomo Work?<\/h3>\n

  1. Registering the Visit in the System<\/strong>
    \nThe host simply enters visitor details into the system \u2013 name, surname, email, and arrival date.<\/li>\n
  2. Invitation and Security Code<\/strong>
    \nThe invited person receives an email invitation containing meeting details and a unique security code.<\/li>\n
  3. Fast On-Site Check-in<\/strong>
    \nUpon arrival, the visitor enters the security code or scans the QR code directly at the Welcomo kiosk. This verifies their identity, and access is automatically granted.<\/li>\n
  4. Issuing an Access Card<\/strong>
